It has an Executive Council represented by a variety of professionals across the state but with a common objective of inspiring new generations of Civil Servants rooted in Bharathiya Ethos and driven by the challenges of nation building. This council is well supported and guided by few eminent Civil Servants, Social Workers and academicians. To decide about the offerings and also academic executions there is a Academic Council, with experienced academic and research background.

Which is one of the foremost Civil Service Coaching Organization in India with over 26 year of proven track record The senior member of SAMKALP are part of SAMUTKARSH Advisory Board, who offer guidance and their vast knowledge base for the operations of SAMUTKARSH.

Orientation workshops & networking
Samutkarsh is known for organising orientation workshops and networking meets of Civil Service officers. With the above Samutkarsh regularly organise the platform for different stakeholders of the society where few eminent speakers will be delivering talks and addressing current topics, mainly related to our Nation and its progress. It has a facility for regular Classes with Library and reading rooms’ well within the campus of KLE Technical University at Hubballi and also operates a study centre at Bangalore.
