conducted first ever model court for Samutakarsh stduents as a trial and has proved to be very Relavant.

Model Court
Model Court was conducted for the Shraddha-Medha Introductory Batch today at the SevaSadan of Hubli. This is the first time that Model Court was organised by Samutkarsh. The Students participated actively and had a very good experience.
The students understood the structure and working of Indian judiciary. They played roles of Judges and Adovocates ; And placed their arguments on the Topic.
The Topic was regarding The Online Education (Removal of Schools)Act, where in the Government has passed this Act by which Education will be online and there will be no offline education i.e. all Schools will have to be closed. This Act is challenged by a Society running many Schools and the Government is defending the Act. One more NGO has also impleaded itself which says that both Online and Offline education should be made available to the students and choice is to be given to the students themselves.

Earlier Debate was also held for the students in which also the students enthusiastically participated.
