Belagavi Samutkarsha organized a session on 'Bharatada Pracheena mattu Aadhunika sadhanegalu'.

The session was started with vande Mataram and Sanghatana mantra.

Shri. Amrut Kulkarni, founder of Swa Swarjya Foundation and director at Panchkroshi Vidyalaya, Nippani, was the resource person for today's session. Addressing students He briefed about how India was one of the first nations to make remarkable contributions to the fields of science and technology, highlighting its ancient innovations and scientific heritage.

The session ended with National anthem. All the students, parents, members, and volunteers of the Samutkarsha team were present for the session.

Yesterday North and South Belagavi had visits. Both the centres gathered at a Hanuman temple in the morning and made into the group of 8 to 10 along with a mentor, left for Market visit. They explored all the shops which they found interesting. some of them took pooja items, few entered branded jewellery shops collected details and few went to mall and understood retailing, also a group entered theatre to know box office details. And then all of us visited Traffic police station collected information on traffic details by Assistant Commissioner Traffic and lastly to Women's Police station had thorough understanding on POCSO act, emergency contact 1098, good touch and bad touch.. overall they had wide range of experience through these visits. And we got wonderful feedback from parents

We started our classroom sessions through the Sanghatana Mantra and Vande Mataram at 10AM. We had story telling session by kids till 10:30AM.

Today we had Kushal Chitragar a passionate, self-taught artist and sculptor from Hubballi. Khushal has turned his love for art into his profession, teaching students through his Canvas and Clay studio. He represented Karnataka at the national level in sculpting (Kalautsav 2022) and has won the prestigious Banadmane National Level Award. Khushal is currently pursuing a BBA.

Kids successfully created diyas and learned new techniques.

Life Lesson: Khushal gave a powerful analogy: "Our life is like clay." When we hit a difficulty (crack/dryness), we need to "add water and reshape" (apply support and effort).

Appreciation: Kids learned the importance of hobbies and gained respect for the hard work and challenges faced by artisans.
The team's presentation and interaction were outstanding and inspiring.

Today’s session began with a meditation led by Vishnu ji.
Afterwards, Srikant ji explained the Panchanga and highlighted its importance.
We then sang Vande Mataram and the Sangatana Mantra.

This was followed by an insightful session on the importance of Geopolitics by Sameer sir:

🌍 World Geopolitics – Shapes global power balance, security, trade, and cooperation on issues such as climate change and technology.

🇮🇳 India’s Geopolitics – Significant due to its strategic location, control over the Indian Ocean, border security, energy requirements, and its growing influence on the global stage.


The day also included ice-breaking games, and we concluded with the National Anthem.

We kicked things off with Games, Fun Activities, and Creative Group Building, setting a spirited mood. We then started our classroom sessions through the Sanghatana Mantra and Vande Mataram.

At 11:00 AM, we were honored to host Smt. Dr. Vijayalakshmi Patil, who conducted a fascinating session on the Festivals of India. She beautifully illustrated how every festival is perfectly synced with nature and its cycles.

The highlight was our interactive session from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM, where students were invited to share how they celebrated their favorite festivals. We were thrilled by the sheer enthusiasm and participation from so many of our bright young minds!

We concluded the day's classes at 1:00 PM, standing together for the National Anthem.

What a memorable day of cultural appreciation and joyful discovery!

Yesterday was the first session after the inauguration and ice-breaking at our Belagavi North and South centres. The day began at 9:30 am with the Sanghatana Mantra and Vande Mataram at both centres with Shraddha and Medha as seperate classes.

At the North centre, Shrishail Yedahalli sir conducted Swaparichaya (self-introduction), followed by a SWOT analysis session by Deepanshu and Riya.
At the South centre, we had a session on SWOT analysis, followed by a shloka, a song, and finally some games.

Both centres concluded with the National Anthem around 1:30 pm.
