Pre IAS foundation course for school students
SPOORTHI-KEERTHI / SHRADDHA-MEDHA
- Duration - 16 to 20 weeks
Content of course
Emotional Quotient Development covering topics and skills like,
- Officer like Qualities(OLQ’s)
- Writing, Speaking, Reading Skills
- Expressive abilities, creativity
- Behavioural and communicative Skills
Which intern supports the thought process for preparation and approach towards Civil Service Examinations.
- For students of 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th.
- Courses are held in Hubballi, Belgaum, Bagalkot, Hagaribommanahalli, Bengaluru.
We will also include visit to Suvarna Soudha (Belagavi) and conduct actual Model Parliament, Visit to Village, Visit to Market, Visit to Government Offices, Visit to Social Institutions, Camp etc.
So far 14 Batches are held since 2015-16. Each batch comprising of 35 to 60 students. 4867 number of students have taken up the Qualifying Examination and have interacted with the Samutkarsh.
Courses are held in Hubli, Belgaum, Bagalkot, Hagaribommanahalli, Bengaluru.
Pre IAS foundation course for degree stduents
UTKARSH
- Duration - 16 to 20 weeks
Course is designed for Persuing Graduates(any discipline)
Classes are engaged on weekly basis and are usually arranged on Saturdays.
Content of Course
Personality Development with special Emphasis on pattern, preparation, Approach, Basics and more on Civil service exams.
Vast topics like developing Officer-like-Qualities, Writing Skills, Reading Skills, Speaking Skills, Expressing Skills, Creativity, Behavioural Skills, Communication Skills, etc.
- Course is for students studying in Degree (any faculty).
- Classes will be held weekly and are usually arranged for Saturdays.
- Courses are held in :
- Hubballi, Ballary, Bengaluru.
Is to guide the aspirants towards "civil service exam preparation" and motivate the students for preparing them to be right citizens with positive attitude having social responsibilities, love and dedication for the country (Deshaprema), to build overall personality to be successful civil servants for the motherly nation.

Special Persuits include Interaction with eminent successful officers, expert guidance, interaction with eminent & distinguished renowned personalities.
So far 3 Batches are held since 2015-16. Each batch comprising of 35 to 60 students. 280 number of students have taken up the Qualifying examinations and have interacted with the Samutkarsh.
Nation Building Through IAS
IAS COACHING COURSE
- Duration - 6 to 7 Months
Aim of the course-
“To teach and coach the aspirants to clear Civil service examinations”
Special care is taken to train thrm to become good civil servants (IAS, IPS, KAS and IFS) through nurturing the young mindsets by building personality and ability.
- IAS Coaching Course will be for Civil Services Aspirants and who have completed their Degree.
- Course Teachers will be from “New-Delhi” (Samkalp, New Delhi) and reputed Civil Services Examination Course Teachers.
- Courses are held in Hubli, Bengaluru and are planned to be held at Bangalore.
Coaching is engaged by coaches from New Delhi(Samkalp New Delhi) and experienced, eminent faculties and mentors from different relative streams.
Sessions of the course are held in Hubballi,Belagavi,Kumta (Uttara Kannada), Raichur, Kalaburgi, Ballari and Bengaluru, are also planned for other different locations across the state in future.

All the Syllabus prescribed for the Civil Services Exams (UPSC and KPSC).

So far 2 Batches are held since 2016-18. Each batch comprising of 30 to 40 students (Numbers intentionally restricted to provide individual care and coaching). 780 students have taken up the Qualifying Examination and have interacted with the Samutkarsh.

DISHA program is an one day orientation program for Civil service Aspirants, graduates and persuing graduation.
The intension to restrict the duration of the course to one day is to “Initiate, Motivate and Direct ” the key aspiring mindsets towards Civil Services and to provide elementary & fundamental insight about Civil Services.

What and How of Civil Services Examinations.

Includes one to one interactions with officers/eminent mentors & personalities. - Session on FAQ(Questionaire and doubts clearance)
The Programs are conducted on request of various colleges and institutions across regions .

These programs are planned for school and colleges, are held at respective premises on request.
The programs become more enlightened as the course contents and modules are, can be customised based on the requirements and demand of the requesting schools /colleges.

DRISTI and DISHA
- for College Students
Duration - will be from 1 Day to 4 Days
Intention - of the Programs is to “Motivate” them for personality development with special emphasis on Civil Services Orientation.
These Programs will be held at the School/College premises of the requesting School/Colleges. The Beauty of these courses/programs is that, the Topics can be customised as per the request of the College/School/Institution requesting for the programs.

Is a one day certificate program for school going students having topics like Current Affairs, Aptitude,OLQ’s (Officer Like Qualities )Personality Development etc.
PRAVINYA
Is 2 days workshop for school students which includes Debate, History of Bharath, Self Awareness (includes SWOT Analysis)
PRABUDDHA
Is a 4 days Training Camp for School students including Topics like Self Awareness (including SWOT analysis), Current Affairs Analysis, Aptitude, OLQs (Officer Like Qualities) Development, Debate, Group Discussion, Creativity, Art, Kutumb Prabhodhan, Basics of Sanskrit, Ethical Decision making, Model parliament, Polity and Governance etc.
DRISTI
Is a 1 day Workshop for College students including aspects like Self Awareness (including SWOT analysis), Current Affairs, Aptitude Decolonisation of Indian Minds etc.
DISHA
Is a 3 days certificate course for graduates students with vast Topics covered like Self Awareness (including SWOT analysis), Current Affairs, Aptitude, Decolonisation of Indian Minds, OLQs (Officer Like Qualities) Development, Essay, Model Parliament, Polity etc.
Model Interview Program, i-Meet, Interaction with Officers, Talks by Eminent Speakers in various fields (Live Programs and Online Live Programs and Videos) and Others. These programs are held at regular intervals as and when required/requested.
Model Interview Program is for the Civil Services Aspirants especially for those who qualify for the Personality Test. The Panel or Board of Interviewers are experienced Members who were earlier part of the Civil Services Interview Board/Panel and Highlevel Officers of Centre and State Services. So far 91 students attended programs which are held & 49 aspirants are selected.
i-Meet, is a conference of Serving and Retired All India Services (IAS/IPS etc.) officers.
Interaction with Officers is a program where the Students, Aspirants, etc. have an Interaction with eminent Officers (both Serving and Retired) and seek guidance.
